创建新修订后：
· 当前「最新」这一列会移入「上一版」堆叠，成为最下面一行，图片全部保留。
· 本轮备注会折叠进「历史备注」，仍可在评论区和修订清单中查看。

Creating a new revision moves the current column into the Previous stack as its bottom row, and compacts this round's comments into 历史备注 previous notes. Nothing is deleted; every note stays readable in the comments and revision notes tab.
